Is there a shot that my 10 year old autistic son could take to stop facial hair? From growing and to prevent puberty?

A good summary of your options can be found at this link. Much of what you find at that link pertains to children who enter puberty long before the age of 10, which falls within the early-normal range. Consultation with a pediatric endocrinologist would help you find out if your son’s early puberty is a sign of something wrong that needs to be addressed (a tumor, a hormonal imbalance such as a lack of certain adrenal hormones that creates an overproduction of others) or is simply early and calls for no treatment to stop it.
